I’ve been pretty ho-hum about magnetic name tags lately. For years I got them from the same company, and they all looked pretty much the same and after a while my employees lost them or threw them away and it was money down the drain. So what’s my point? Well, that you can invest in something a little more interesting and your workers may actually want to wear them. I know, it sounds impossible. But I’ve been through this over and over so thought to myself “What’s to lose?”

You’ll find these in a range from $29 to $75. Before you faint, let me explain. These name tags are more like jewelry than anything else. You can present them as gifts to your employees and they’ll actually thank you for them! Don’t believe me? Well, at my clinic we have a policy that after you’ve been with me for a year, you get one of these artistic badges to commemorate. And the number of employees who actually try to do a good job so they don’t get fired has increased by five times. Coincidence? Maybe. But it has been proven that if you give your people incentive to do a good job, they will do a good job. My way has been with these custom employee name badges.
