Liquid nutrition can be equated to drinking more healthy drinks and mostly water. We have been told quite often that we should take at least eight glasses of water daily, not many of us actually do this. Drinking a lot of water is a great way to help you lose weight. Water helps the body metabolize stored fat. Water is also great for your skin; hydration helps in keeping the skin looking healthy and young. Water also helps your body cell move nutrients in and toxins out. Liquid nutrition is very import to our overall health.

Drinking water helps in digestion and also makes you sweat more and therefore keeping your skin clean and clear. Other drinks such as green tea have anti- inflammatory properties, which reduce the risk of skin cancer. Fruit juices, alfalfa, wheat grass, barley, vegetable and yogurt are other forms of nutritional drinks. Yogurt is also a good source of bacteria that are involved in digestion of food in the stomach. Liquid nutrition also involves administering food supplements such as vitamins in the form of liquid rather than the common method of pills. These are usually combined with fruit juices or soymilk.  Another great source for nutrition is goji juice this is known as a super foods now and very popular.
